The best part is yet to come. Between putting the earnest money and closing, there was about a 4-6 weeks in between, and since we wanted to make upgrades to the home the day we closed, we needed to get contractors in. We asked Ann to open the home for us, more than ten times, evenings, weekends, she made sure we got what we needed, she truly cared.
